WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE A CUSTOMER HAS TO BE IN ORDER TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT?
You MUST be 21 to enter the store for purchases. You WILL be ID'd. Don't play games. We have and will continue to kick out underage attempts. Don't try us!
IS YOUR STORE KID-FRIENDLY?
We understand that life can be hectic at times. If you have to bring in your toddler or youngster cause...reasons. That's fine, as long as you're not contributing to minors.
IS THERE A MINIMUM FOR DELIVERIES?
No deliveries at the moment. But definitely in the plans for the future. We do offer curbside pick-up.
DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?
Normally, no. Definitely on a case by case situation. We can't take back a device that someone's been using. Not knowing what they could've been exposed to. We do offer receipts with every purchase. Most of the electronic devices have warranties and registration opportunities. With those two items, there should be no issue getting what you need from the manufacturer.
